Visit www.relayhealth.com and click Find Your Doctor to view the list of participating providers. To use RelayHealth, you must have an existing relationship with a physician using RelayHealth. If you you want to change to a new physician who uses RelayHealth, you must schedule an in-office visit before communicating with them online.
