To our patients and their families: We appreciate your confidence in our practice; we respect
your time and value you as our patients. We would like to apologize for the
recent increase in phone and office wait times that many of you may have
experienced. Over the past three months we have seen our patient enrollment
increase dramatically because of changes in Pediatrician availability in the
community. At the same time, a worse than usual flu season increased the demand
for our services.
We are currently expanding and updating our phone lines,
upgrading our computer systems, and recruiting and hiring more staff and
physicians. We continue to be completely committed to delivering the best
medical care available and giving each child the time he or she needs.
Physicians and staff have been offering extended hours to ensure that we
maximize your access to our care.
We appreciate your patience as we navigate through this
period of transition. We would like to extend a warm welcome to our many new
families and are grateful to our existing families for their loyalty and
